What's with the name? Red Point Mission and Vision The term Red Point is a rock climbing term: Red pointing a mountain is when an experienced climber places climbing aids so that others can follow. Red Point church desires to model following Christ in such a way that every member can effectively communicate the Gospel to their friends and neighbors. We believe this is most effectively done when people have seen first hand, how to communicate the Gospel relationally. Therefore, the concept of Red Pointing is modeling things in such a way that others can follow you. The mission of Red Point Church is to model following Jesus Christ through relational communities.
